False Rape Charges Robs Man's Four Years Of Life

In 2004 a movie called Aitraaz in which lead actor (akshay kumar) is falsely accused by priyanka chopra of raping her.

Finally the charges are proved to be false and akshay kumar is released by the court.

That was movie but similar case has happened in united states.

A man gives lift to a woman ,Biurny Peguero Gonzalez(22 years at that time). He drops her to her house and later finds himself being accused of having raped her.

She lies to her parents , doctors , police and jury. The man (william mccaffrey) is arrested to sent to jail.

Finally DNA evidence proves her lie and priest to whom she confesses urges her to tell the truth.

After 4 years of being in jail as rape accused williams finally is released. He looses four years of his life , dignity and pride for what he never did.

Now comes real shocker. Why did Gonzalez accuse williams of raping her?

Well she was hanging out with her friends (all girls). When she returned her parents were furious so they made up story of being raped!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now Gonzalez, mother of two would have to serve imprisonment for falsely framing an innocent man.
