Blogger Summoned By Legal Department

Blog but sambhalke. After India , its Malaysia. Malaysian blogger Bernard Khoo, who blogs as Zorro-Unmasked, has been asked to appear at the Commercial Crime Department in Kuala Lumpur at 3pm on Wednesday.

Khoo said he was called by a “DSP Mafuz” and would be there with blogger Haris Ibrahim of the People’s Parliament.

The latter said he would act as Khoo’s solicitor.

The reason for the request to appear at the department is unknown at the moment, although Haris ventured that it may have to do with something posted on Khoo’s blog.

It may be remembered that a blogger in kerala was asked to appear before court in mumbai since he had created community on bal tackeray which was bit anti bal tackeray and some one from the community wrote offensive comments in that community.

While blogger tried to defend saying comments were not his views , court took stand that all contents in the blog be it be actual content or comment would be considered to be blogger's responsibility.

USA Blogger Denied Allowance

A laid off graduate started STL Meal Deals, where she posts local restaurant offers and recommendations, after being laid off from her position at a law firm in New York earlier this year.

Like most of bloggers she kept affiliate programs in her website.She earned just over $250 in six months but what was worst is that since she earned few money , she was declined berozgari bhata (unemployed allowance) by usa government.She lost $450 a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now this is not so good news for usa bloggers.

Beware Of Thieves Who Call Themselves Bloggers

Modus Of Operandi - They enter any bookmarking site . They moniter articles which are having very good visits. Then they click on those articles , copy the contents and publish them on their blogs. Again they add that content on the same bookmarking site.

Worst they would not keep name of original blog/site from which they have copied

What they get out of it? - Well if they copy 100 popular article , they would get something around 2000-10000 visits a day. Similar to thiefs , thief enter your house , take your things away and sell it in the market.

What Can we do about it?- If your content is original and worth getting copyright , go for it. If copyright seems expensive , you may complain to the bookmarking site's admin to get rid of copied link. Also you know ke kisne chori ki , request that person to leave your blog alone.

But if you yourself have copied then dont blame the copier. Chor ke ghar chori hui to report kahan karoge bhai?

P.S: - We have found that many people are copying from others blog including this one. Specially bookmarking site hotklix users are best in copying. Our humble request to those users is that since they have not written this post , it would be nice if they keep name of farjinews.blogspot.com in their post. Kindly abide by that...Thanking you...

People Who Copy For Earning

No no we are not talking about our bollywood music directors , our script writers. They produce original piece by copying latin , persian , italian stuff...

Here we are exclusively speaking about bloggers who copy other post and publish it as their own!!!!...These shamless lot are plenty ...They lack basic courtesy to write name of original source ..

We were shocked to read some of our original post , at time interviews in other blogs!!!!!...We understand bankrupsy of ideas that some people have. We also understand their desire to earn money by doing nothing but simply copying but at least those copy cats must have basic mannerism of writting source of their post...

Kya karen chori karna kutch log ka dharm hota hai....
