Pak's Family Planning Ambassador : Sania and Sohaib Malik?

Well since the news of sania mirza's plan to get married to pakistani cricketer sohaib malik has made news , every one has opinion on it.

Some are delighted , some are disappointed while some like shiv sena are fumed over her decision.

First sania said that she would continue playing for India . Pakistan tennis federation's personnel wanted sania to play for pakistan , bala shaheb too wants her to play for pakistan!!!!!!!!

Then sohaib malik came to India and found himself in Indian legal hassles and controversy of ayesha. F.I.R was filed and police interogated malik.

Amidst all these controveries , pakistan federal minister came up with another proposal. She wants sania and sohaib to become brand ambassador of family planning programmes in Pakistan.

Now pakistan needs such programme as much as India does. While India is on its way to take over china , atleast on population front , pakistan has highest rate of reproduction in the region , more than what its land can take in coming fifty years!!!. Even taliban cannot stop it!!!!!!!!

So idea of federal minister is really good and sania who is already involved in social issues like female foeticide in India can play role in making pakistanis aware about family planning.

Pakistan ki maya , pakistan hi jaane (this applies to India too). Pakistan cricket has always been good old story. Talented bunch of people who can nail any team during their day but inconsistent at ever.

Tour goes wrong and there are some people who need to be held responsible and so they are held responsible , captain is sacked , coach is blamed and indiscipline is considered the chief cause. If more seriousness is needed to the story , add match fixing angle to it.

But this time pakistan cricket had kahani mein twist!!!!!!!!!!!. It went on to banning two biggest super stars of world cricket and pakistan cricket. The ever dependable yosuf and awesome batsman younis khan.

None would have thought that these two can be banned but it did occur. It was like banning dravid and ganguly!!!!!!!!!!. Only person of that stature to be banned in India was azhar but he had serious allegation of match fixing against it.

Now pakistan cricket saw new saga added to its story. Younis khan was today given presidential performance award , 2 weeks after being banned!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Five Teams That India Has To Watch Out This World Cup

1) Newzealand :

This team is number one challenge for India. India has never ever beaten newzealand is 20-20 format. We lost in league match in world cup 2007 , we lost two 20-20 match in their backyard and we lost again yesterday in practice match.

In world of cricket Test cricket is paramount. The ultimate test of skills is in test match. Newzealand plays test cricket worst and 20-20 best.

2) Pakistan :

Arch rivals Pakistan are very good 20-20 sides. Yes they have not played much cricket since one year but they play 20-20 regularly in domestic tournaments.

In last world cup we tied league match which we won in bowl out and in finals misbah almost won world cup for them

3) Australia :

Dont count them out guys. The Four time world champions in one day format may not have magraths , gilcrist , hayden this time but they are still competitive side and they are raring to go.

When India met Australia last in this format , australia convinently defeated us in their backyard. Though in last world cup we proved too hard for them .

4) South Africa :

A very good side . They always play good cricket. They are number one in one day format , number 2 in test format. This side has always played challenging and hard cricket.

5) Sri Lanka :

Dangerous side. Can create upset anytime. Good fighting side and mendis is some one who has demolished us in past. Though we are playing mendis well these days but no one can rule sri lanka out.

Indians Are Not That Be-Kaar Any More -Sanjay Manjrekar

Recently an joint interview of sanjay manjarekar and wasim akram was taken by a private channel. Gaurav Karla (The Interviewer) asked both the great players question about fate of one day cricket because of 20-20..

Wasim Akram -"Well i think the addition of batsman power play has brought new breeze to one day cricket and every format has its charm , so one day cricket wont suffer because of 20-20"

Sanjay Manjarekar -"I beg to disagree with wasim. 20-20 has brought new cricket followers and those who like one day , like 20-20 even more. Also maximum viewership comes from India and Indian are not that bekaar any more that they would spend entire day to watch one day cricket. Its growing economy ".

I think sanjay is right. I am major fan of cricket. I like test cricket , one day , 20-20. I use to play in my college team too. I remember waking up at 4 'o clock to view 1992 world cup. But now i dont have time. I watch cricket only on sundays or late night for one odd hours.

Yes i do follow cricket on website. I love to do that.

But oneday cricket would survive . May be we would have 4 power plays in future. Who knows??

Controversy In Making : Harbhajan slams tendulkar's captainship

Recently in an interview harbhajan was asked that 'he didnt deliver as per expectation in IPL '. To which he replied that he feels that he was not used properly. At times he thought he should be given over to ball but captain had some other ideas.

Indirectly he zeroed blame of loosing on tendulkar. Stating that at end of day it is captain who decides..

Tendulkar and Harbhajan are among very good friend and let us see how much media derives from this episode.

Similar type of controversy was created when afridi had slammed v v s laxman's captaining abilities. Laxman didnt like it but result show that there was definately a problem in his leading abilities. The team which hit bottom in last season has entered finals this time..
