Corruption karna hamara haq hai-Pak Minister for 'Defence Prodution'

Minister for 'Defence Prodution' of PPP says, " Corruption karna hamara haq hai, jo corruption nahin karta woh ghalati karta hai..." in the program 'Kal Tak' (December 02, 2009).

Now this minister might be said to be talking on behalf of all pakistani ministers , mps , mla as well as on behalf of Indian politicians too!!!!!!!!!!!
